Our staff will conduct criminal background and credit checks as part of our 12‐point tenant screening process. We know that a clean and respectful tenant makes ALL the difference.
Tenants pay rent conveniently online. We handle any issues resulting from non‐payment, including charging and collecting late fees, automatic follow‐up calls and emails. We’re very deliberate about collecting rent on time.
We are loyal to our owners’ policies and stand by them. Despite a thorough screening a tenant may need to be evicted and our veteran staff will be available to walk you through the complicated process.
Quarterly inspections are conducted on every property and a copy of the inspection is made available to owners online. You will be able to SEE how the tenants we’ve secured are taking care of the rental.
Income and expenses are meticulously tracked so when tax season comes every necessary report is available. Owners receive detailed cashflow statements every month.
We never upcharge or take a profit for maintenance. We negotiate discounts with our network of highly‐trained vendors and pass those savings on to you.
Our software allows tenants to submit maintenance requests, pay rent online and also allows us to send regular mass emails to remind tenants to change their air filters.
