A: Yes, our Property Manager is a licensed Real Estate Agent
Q: Can I reach you after hours?
A: Yes, for emergencies there will be a phone number to call when you
listen to the voicemail options.
Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?
A: Yes, the owners rent can be disbursed directly to your account.
Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A: Yes, you will get a copy of the lease agreement. The Property
Manager will sign in your behalf.
Q: Do you sell real estate too?
A: Yes, we work with professional Real Estate agents to help
you with all of your real estate needs.
Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: We pay out owners on the 10th of each month via
Direct deposit or snail mail.
Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: Tenants have an online portal where they can pay rent online or
they can bring in a check to our office.
Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: 12 month lease agreements. We also offer a 6
month lease agreement if owners prefer.
Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: We charge the tenant $100 more than the rent
amount for a security deposit.
Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
A: Once we get the information needed we
can start managing the property.
Q: What type of properties do you manage?
A: We manage all types of homes such as: Single
family homes, Condos, Townhomes, Mobile homes.
Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?
A: As an owner you will get Monthly owner statements showing rent
income with any invoices from work included. You will also receive
a year end statement for your records. At the beginning of each year
you will receive a 1099 for the previous year.
Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?
A: The tenant’s security deposit will be held in our company’s trust account.
