A: We can hold a place up to 2 weeks with a non-refundable holding deposit.
Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A: As a new tenant you will need to pay first month’s rent and a security deposit.
Q: How old do you have to be to apply?
A: Must be 18 to apply.
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: Yes, upon Move-out your security deposit is refundable after any tenant damages
is repaired, the residence gets cleaned, and carpets get cleaned.
Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
A: You can apply online from the listing.
Q: How do I pay rent?
A: You can pay rent through your online
portal or you can bring in a check to our office.
Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Needs to be approved first, if approved, you must provide a
pet deposit, proof that your pet has the correct licensing, and
a pet addendum signed.
Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: Provide a 30 day notice to move out, including your forwarding address.

Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: If the repairs are based on normal wear and tare, the owner would be
responsible to pay for those. Tenant damage would be tenant responsibility.
